Croc City Crocodile & Reptile Park
Hands-on conservation-focused programme. Lectures pitched to the appropriate age group.
About this tour
The Croc City Crocodile and Reptile Park school tour, in Nietgedacht, Chartwell, is a hands-on CAPS-aligned Life Sciences excursion for Foundation, Intermediate and Senior learners. The day is built around conservation, with every lecture pitched to the age group in front of the educator.
Learners meet crocodiles, snakes, lizards and tortoises, with safe up-close encounters that bring reptile biology, adaptation and conservation to life. Curriculum-aligned content covers habitats, food chains, life cycles and the role of apex predators — and the experience always sparks great classroom discussion afterwards.
Optional Ziplining experience available.
Wilrien School Tours handles the full educational excursion package: bus transport (if required) from your school, park entry, professional guiding and teacher support — making it one of the most requested Life Sciences school tours in Gauteng.
